Born in Cuba in 1978, Mr. Ballesteros migrated to Miami in 1980 being the first generation in his household to be raised in South Florida. His upbringing in South Florida has provided him with the experience and knowledge to build strong relationships with clients and investors. He specializes in purchasing distressed properties and reselling with a 21% profit. By providing trusting, honest, and knowledgeable real estate services, he has been the driving force behind the success of his business.
